Grab your scrunchies and pouches full of gel pens, because the slumber party you always dreamed of as a child can finally be realized. A downtown L.A. penthouse has been splashed with all things ’90s, hot pink, and unicorned-out to create Lisa Frank Flat, a bookable hotel stay room open for stays from October 11 to 27.
The pop-up wonderland is a collaboration between Lisa Frank, Hotels.com, and Barsala, and will rent for $199 per night. Features include murals of Frank’s iconic designs, a window that’s been turned into a glowing, rainbow installation, and kitchen cabinets overflowing with stuffed animals (why wouldn’t there be stuffed animal cabinets?). Guests can take a bath amongst an underwater dolphin fantasy scene and, afterward, curl up in a custom Lisa Frank plush robe. Even the minibar is stocked with 1990s-era snacks to go with the nostalgic theme.
“Over the past four decades, Lisa Frank fans have grown up enjoying our art in many forms,” a rep for Lisa Frank, Inc. said in a press release. “We are excited to partner with Hotels.com to be able to offer this immersive Lisa Frank experience.”
Reservations will be available online starting October 11 (yes, that means you’ll need to be ready for a same-day booking, if you’re a true fan). As it’s just one room, expect it to book up nearly immediately, so you’ll need to summon all your unicorn-tiger cub magic energy to make it happen.
